Our Story

Mountain Springs was created by Perry Sutton and Jui Suka, bringing together two different backgrounds and one shared vision.

Perry Sutton is originally from the UK. He has worked as a site manager and housing developer for many years, holding multiple industry qualifications. His experience is practical and hands-on, shaped by building homes and managing projects from the ground up. Travel and family life are central to Perry’s values, and for many years he and his fiancée Ashleigh spoke about creating a better life for their children by moving abroad and building something of their own.

That vision became real after time spent in Thailand, where the pace of life, landscape, and culture left a lasting impression.

Jui Suka is originally from Thailand. She worked in a wide range of roles before starting a family and later lived in the UK for many years. Jui brings deep understanding of both Thai and Western cultures, along with warmth, resilience, and local insight that shape the atmosphere of Mountain Springs.

Perry and Jui met through work and quickly formed a friendship. Through shared stories of upbringing, culture, and personal goals, it became clear they held the same dream: to build a business rooted in family, honesty, and opportunity.

After many long conversations, planning sessions, and sleepless nights, Perry and Ashleigh decided to take a full leap and invest everything into building a life in Thailand. Construction began in Ban Huai Hoi, Jui’s home village.

Jui’s family live locally and play an active role in the project, contributing ideas, labour, and cultural knowledge. With different backgrounds, ethnicities, and perspectives shaping the process, the design and growth of Mountain Springs reflect a genuine blend of cultures and lived experience.
